Despite the long hours and countless obstacles, producing Threads is ultimately a labor of love. Seeing the months of hard work come together in a spectacular fashion show is a rewarding experience that makes all the effort worthwhile. For a producer, there's no greater satisfaction than knowing that their vision has been brought to life on the runway, creating a memorable experience for everyone involved.

After being selected as a producer for the Threads Fashion Show, I was overwhelmed with a profound sense of honor, joy, and creative opportunity. Reflecting on the journey from it’s start, I am astounded by the personal growth I've undergone since last May. This experience has taught me so much—from conceptualizing themes to effective communication and leadership. I am immensely proud of the outcome of this year's show and the vibrant creativity it showcased.

Threads Fashion Show has an amazing legacy of exceptional designers, diverse models, and captivating venues, and I am deeply humbled to have contributed to this legacy. The biggest lesson I learned from this endeavor is the importance of pursuing your dreams. As a junior transfer student at CMU last year, the prospect of becoming a Threads Producer in my senior year seemed beyond reach. Yet, by daring to dream big and relentlessly pursuing those dreams can achieve my dreams. I am profoundly grateful for the invaluable experiences and connections this journey has bestowed upon me. Thank you, Threads Fashion Show.

Producing Threads Fashion Show 2024: Masterpiece in Motion was the greatest joy of my life! I was honored to be surrounded with so many creatives from different disciplines such as models, designers, event managers, broadcast and cinematic arts, food service, and so many more. We wanted our theme to be open-ended enough to provide designers enough space to showcase their vision however they saw fit. Art can come in many forms, and each person interprets art differently. Threads Fashion is truly a melting pot of expression, and I believe that the show we put on is reflection of this come to life. Our vision shined through just as the evening light shined through the windows on April 6th. I have learned so much about leadership and passion through this process, and I am forever grateful for it!
